[2016 Round-up] Movement disorders in 2016: from genes to phenotypes
Next year the neurological community will celebrate the 200 year anniversary of the publication of James Parkinson's An Essay on the Shaking Palsy. Interestingly, several studies published in 2016 seem to herald a new era of Parkinson's disease (PD) research integrating big genetic datasets with the definition of clinical phenotypes.
